Setting up Merchant Point & Business Point
How to access these services.

Note these should be done in order - Merchant Point first, then Business Point.
Merchant Point (app on your phone):
This is a mobile app. The link below has QR Codes for both Apple & Android devices that allow you to download the app easily. You are able to view statements, request old copies of statements, view 90 days of transactions, order paper rolls, update business details etc. In order to login, once you download the app you will need to select New User, enter the MID (their terminal receipts should have this at the top or otherwise they can call Beyond) & and an email will be forwarded to the contact for that MID with a temporary PIN.

Business Point (via your computer):
This is another way to access your monthly statements, authorised transactions in real time, settled transactions & business profile details. You can phone 1800 243 444 to set this up. However it does also work with the same login details as the mobile app above – Username is the MID & Password is the PIN. The link below will take you to the login page on your computer.
