How to Pin the Sale App on Your Clover Flex
Keep the Sale app open and ready to take payments on your Clover Flex.
Pinning the Sale app keeps it open on your Clover Flex, making it quicker for staff to take payments and preventing the device from accidentally switching to another app.
Turn on app pinning
- Open the Settings app on your Clover Flex.
- Select Security.
- Select Advanced if displayed.
- Tap App pinning.
- Turn App pinning on.
Pin the Sale app
- Open the Sale app.
- Tap the Recent Apps button—the square icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Find the Sale app in your recently opened apps.
- Tap the Sale app icon above the app preview.
- Select Pin.
- Tap Got it if a confirmation message appears.
The Sale app will now remain pinned to the screen.
Unpin the Sale app
Press and hold the Back and Recent Apps buttons at the same time.
You may be asked to enter an employee passcode before returning to the Clover home screen.
