Enabling Manual Card Entry (MOTO) for Phone Payments on Clover Station Duo

How to process “Card Not Present” transactions

Follow these steps to enable manual card entry:

  1. Press the circle at the bottom of your screen to return to the Home screen.

  2. Open the Setup app.



  3. Select the Payments header and tick Enable Manual Card Entry.

  4. Read and acknowledge the risk associated with Card Not Present transactions.

  5. Now, each time you checkout a sale you’ll see an additional payment method that allows you to manually enter card details for transactions taken over the phone.
