Change Customer & Merchant receipt Printing on the PAXA920

Providing instruction on how to Prompt to print, Always print & Never print Customer and Merchant receipts on Pax A920 Terminal

From the Card Payment Screen, select the Bento Box (9 dots in the top left corner)

 

 

Select Management

 

 

Select Print Settings

 

Press the box next to Configure Receipts to show a green tick.

Use the down arrows next to Merchant Receipt and Customer Receipt to choose options and press Green Save Button at the bottom of the screen.
